All hair products are 100% human hair and may behave differently depending on styling, maintenance, and environment.

CUSTOM & ONE OF A KIND PIECES

All custom-made and One of a Kind items are final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on these items.

Once purchased, these pieces cannot be remade or replicated.

HYGIENE & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are considered final unless deemed faulty.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations (in-store or virtual) are provided to assist in selecting the right product.

However, the final purchase decision remains the responsibility of the client.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

We offer secure payment options including PayPal Pay in 4 and other available methods at checkout.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, Haus of Crowns is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Haus of Crowns is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper care, colouring, or heat styling of products.
